How do I email another member?
There are four ways to do this:

#1 - Click on "Inbox" link in the User Menu on left hand side of screen. Press the "Send" button at the bottom of the table. That will open up an email client. Scroll through the memberlist to select who you wish to send an email to. You must include a subject in the subject line or the email will not be sent and it will be deleted! Type the body of your email. When you are finished press "Send"

#2 - If you are in the forums and wish to send a private message to someone who has posted, use the drop down box above the poster's name and select "PM" to leave a private message on the website or "Email" to send an email.

#3 - Choose from the memberlist. In order to do that, you must click the link on the left hand side that says "Find User" You can either fill in the boxes or leave them blank and scroll to the bottom and hit the "Submit" button. Look for the member you wish to email in the table. Click on the email link or the "PM" link and the email client will open up.

#4 - Use the scrolling box on the homepage to select a member. Clicking on the member name will take you to their profile. Select "PM" and the email client will open up.
I went to send an email, got an error message and was returned to a blank email form! Why?
Unfortunately, you forgot to specify a subject in your email. The system will not send an email without a subject. A bug in the system prevents the program from saving what you previously typed. You will have to retype the email. Sorry. Please remember to fill in your subject line!!
Why don't I have a Sent Mail box?
The module we are using does not have that feature available. When that feature does become available we will upgrade the system.
