| User Agreement While the coordinators and moderators of this site will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to this site express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmasters (excepting posts made by those individuals) and hence sjgeocaching.org will not be held liable. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws either in chat, the forums or when using the "Private Message" feature of this website. Spamming of the forums, member email or private messaging is strictly prohibited. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. Creating multiple accounts for a single user is not allowed, without prior permission. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this site have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit without prior notice. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent, the webmaster, administrators and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised. You are prohibited from copying any data, information, etc. from this web site without prior express written permission and consent from admin@sjgeocaching.org. Without said prior expressed written consent, permission for any data, messages, posts, articles, etc. to be posted to any other site, saved to any hard drive, or printed is expressly denied. Violation of any of the aforementioned guidelines is grounds for immediate termination of privileges on this site. Cookies A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. A collection of information, including your username and the current date and time, is stored on your local computer and is used by this web site to identify users who have previously registered or visited the site. You have the option of enabling or disabling the cookie in your profile. COPPA Provision This site complies with The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) and as such cannot accept registrations from users under the age of 13 without a written permission document from their parent or guardian. By requesting membership without written permission document from a parent or guardian you are certifying that you are 13 or over the age of 13. Changes to the User Agreement We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement as needed, so please review it occasionally. |
